All Direct Messages/Telegram Messages pertaining to exchanges/returns will also be directed to the above email so as to allow us to track back efficiently.
Do allow us to get back to you within 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday from 10am - 5pm.

 


Exchange Procedure

  1. You will have to email in to contactus@beautyfix.com.sg with your order number and the item(s) that you wish to return within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel. Subject: Exchange order (Your order number) The date you received the parcel is as per our courier tracking record
  2. An exchange procedure will be sent to you if your order is eligible for exchange. Please wait for our confirmation before returning any parcel. We will not be liable for any lost mail. After receiving the confirmation email from our customer service, do pay the exchange fees ASAP. Stocks will only be reserve after payment has been made updated to our CS. 
  3. Postage charges for exchange parcels are borne by the buyer.

 


Returns Criteria

  • Returns are only applicable for orders made directly from our webstore
  • All returns will strictly be refunded via store creditscash refunds are strictly not allowed.
  • Any return requests made from third parties will not be allowed.
  • For returns, store credits will strictly be credited only to the original purchasing account.
  • We strongly urge customers to fulfil the returns request within the stipulated time frame to ensure validity.
  • Returns are only accepted after we have approved the request. Please refer to the following for the return methods available
  • Orders made with full or partial store credits will NOT be eligible for returns.
  • Items must be returned in its original plastic packaging. Returns without the original packaging will be rejected
  • All items must be in its original condition as received, unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag intact. 
  • Return is only eligible within 14 days upon receiving the parcel, If the parcel is process after the 14 days time frame we will have to reject the request.
  • Do take note that for set purchase, any returns of either item (e.g return of top only or short only), the refunded sum will be the amount you have paid deducted by the original price of the unreturned piece.

 


Return Procedure

  2. A return procedure will be sent to you if your order is eligible for a return. We only accept return via a courier with valid tracking ID. Please wait for our confirmation before returning any parcel. We will not be liable for any lost mail. After receiving the confirmation email from our customer service, do process the return parcel within the next 3 days
  3. Postage charges for return parcels are borne by the buyer.


Return store credit

  • Return store credit must be fully utilised within 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Each purchase will only be entitled to one time store credit return. If your second purchase utilise the return store credit code, it will NOT be eligible for another return.
  • Return store credit will only be credit to the original order account.  

 


Defective item

  • Kindly email contactus@beautyfix.com.sg and provide us with a snapshot of your order invoice along with clear snapshot(s) of the defect and we will guide you on the exchange process.
  • The defect will have to be reported within 7 days for both local and overseas order from the date you received it (as indicated on courier tracking). All defect reported after 7 days will not be eligible for any exchange or return.
  • Exchange will only be done if item is in its original condition with tag and original packaging. Strictly no exchange will be accepted if the brand tag has been removed from our apparel and/ or if item is no longer in original packaging/ washed or worn.
  • Store credit will only be issued to your account if the item ordered is no longer available. Otherwise, we will only do an exchange for the defective item.
  • We do not accept defect(s) due to colour run, shrinking after soaking or washing. We strongly advise our customers to hand wash all apparels with cold water. Do not soak. 
  • Measurement difference of less than 0.75” may not be considered as a defect.
  • Product colour difference due to strong studio lighting and different monitor settings may not be considered as a defect.
  • Slight stain that are washable may not be considered as a defect.

 


Wrong item or size

  • Please email us at contactus@beautyfix.com.sg with your order number and a snapshot of the invoice as well as the item that you have received within 10 days for both local and overseas order from the date you received it (as indicated on courier tracking).
  • Exchange will only be done if item is in its original condition with tag and original packaging. Strictly no exchange will be accepted if the brand tag has been removed from our apparel and/ or if item is no longer in original packaging/ washed or worn.
  • In the event that the item you have originally purchased is no longer available, we will credit the amount paid to your account as store credit.
